This is without a doubt the worst dispensary organization that I have ever dealt with in my entire life I feel as if it is ran by a bunch of incompetent middle schoolers The website is consistently off from what is actually in stock on their current on hand inventory which causes extreme inconveniences when you are trying to find a certain product and the only location that you can find that product is 30 minutes away from your house just to get there to find out that the product is not actually in stock does true leave give you anything for your inconvenience know if they do not they chalk it up to oh that’s just something we deal with how hard is it to chain-link the inventory to the online store I don’t understand as soon as something is blocked online it should be immediately taken out of the inventory as soon as something is bought in store it should be immediately taken out of the inventory there should be a barcode and it should be stand and this problem should not happen but it does happen consistently at least three locations that I go to again worst company I’ve Ever dealt with
In the beginning I tried to order every Sunday from Trulieve Brooksville for my senior discount. Every Sunday there is nothing for me to buy and when I did order, the order was canceled or I was given a lower THC version of the product I ordered. Poor management and poor business model is the only excuse. There is a very large network of informed senior patients that will be sharing their experiences with others on a social media platform. You will always make money but if you continue to treat seniors and others the way you have been, you will always be on the bottom. New Dispensaries are opening soon in the area. MUV and Surterra are so much nicer than Trulieve.

I was treated so rudely at the Port Saint Lucie location.I have been numerous times in the past and was very pleased. This time the two people at administration were actually laying so far back on their chair you couldn’t see them. I heard if you don’t have a mask leave and get one. I said oh ok , even with a vaccine? They replied leave or get one. I have no issue with the policy!!! It was the extreme rudeness. I won’t go back!
Ridiculous way to do business if you can’t guarantee a delivery date or time. You place your order online (cause no agent is ever available to take your order) if it happens to submit (which also seems to be a problem with their online order service) there is still not guaranteed you’ll get the product. I’ve placed my orders only to be informed they’ve runout or they screwed up my delivery date and time. Lousy customer service and no place to file a formal complaint. Crappie company
Twice I ordered Online (Express Pick-up) and when notified that my order was ready I went to pick up my order and they had substituted my CONFIRMED order with product I did not order and did not want, TWICE! I gave them one more chance and was notified that my order was ready, after giving them my ID, I told them it was Express Pick-up. I waited more than 15 minutes and watched 3 other people come in to pick up their orders, even though I was there well before any of them. The last person they called had come in for her pick- and she had just arrived 2 minutes before she was called, and yes, they were all Express Pick-up! Trulieve absolutely SUCKS. Asked for my ID back and left. Would not ever use them again. Oh, and the woman that took my ID, who was handling the client flow was snotty as hell to me because I wanted to cancel my order!
I received excellent customer service from Jackie in west Bradenton store. She was kind and patient. Helped me with an exchange and answered all my questions about the products I purchased. I'm grateful for her assistance and look forward to her assistance again.

I have been a Truliever for over 2 years now. I recently started going to their new location at 5900 Rock Island Rd. in Tamarac, Fla. The staff is extremely friendly and knowledgeable. I wish that Trulieve would send them more Flowers: as they are to often low on stock and do not have some of the flowers that are emailed to us. I think the reason may be that they are a new location. Everyone in the area should consider order from this location so they can grow and receive bigger allotments. Also this location has a drive thru window and short wait times.

I went in to clearwater Trulieve and was helped by Alexie she was amazing store was quick and clean and great will keep coming back.
I had the most compassionate delivery associate today by the name of Melissa P from 1103 14th Street in Bradenton. A truly lovely kind person. Wish everyone was like this human, the world would be a better place. Thank you Melissa for saving me!!!!!
Very professional and courteous organization. Employees are great. I was helped by a guy named Daniel. He was fantastic. Ask these guys any questions, they can give you feedback!
